Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping method
All domestic orders ship discreetly via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Typical transit time is 2–4 business days within the contiguous United States. A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to each order.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your label is generated. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of payment clearing, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. PO boxes are accepted but may experience minor delivery delays. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier. Please use a shipping address where you can reliably receive packages. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Storage on arrival
Lyophilized peptides should be refrigerated upon receipt. Buyers are responsible for proper receipt, handling, and storage in accordance with safe laboratory practice.
