- Payment method preference: Your preferred payment option (eCheck, Zelle, ACH/Wire, or Other) — used to route your invoice correctly. We do not collect or store your bank account number, routing number, or card details.
- Order notes: Any optional notes you include at checkout — used to improve your fulfillment experience.
Information collected automatically
- Site visit data: We collect anonymous page view data (which pages were visited, referrer URL, approximate timestamp, and a random visitor ID) to understand site usage and improve the experience. This data is not linked to your identity or orders.

- We do not collect, store, or process bank account numbers, routing numbers, or credit/debit card numbers. eCheck payments are processed through a secure, bank-grade payment processor invoice — you enter your banking details on their encrypted page, not on our website.
- We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. Any cookies are strictly functional (session management) or analytics (anonymous usage patterns).
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your order, including payment invoicing and shipping.

- To verify eligibility through the health questionnaire.

Who we share information with
We share the minimum necessary information with the following service providers, solely for order fulfillment:
- Payment processor: For eCheck invoices, your email and phone number are passed to a secure ACH payment processor to generate and deliver the invoice. The processor handles the banking information you enter — we never see it.
- Shipping carrier (USPS): Your shipping address and contact name are provided on the shipping label for delivery purposes.
- SMS service (Twilio): Your phone number is used to send order and payment-related text messages.
- Email service: Your email address is used to send transactional emails (order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping notifications).
Data retention
We retain your order and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Health questionnaire data is retained for compliance and safety review purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at Support@newtrimera.com.
