Payments

How do I pay for my order?+
NewTrimEra accepts eCheck (recommended), Zelle, and ACH / Wire transfer. We intentionally do not accept credit cards directly on our site — this is by design to protect your financial privacy.
What is eCheck and how does it work?+
eCheck is a secure digital ACH payment processed through an encrypted invoice link sent to your email and phone. You'll receive the link from Support@newtrimera.com or via text from (480) 910-6842. When you open the link, you enter your bank's routing and account numbers on a bank-grade secure page — your card number is never required. It's faster than a paper check and costs nothing extra.
How do I pay by Zelle?+
Text (480) 910-6842 or reply to your order confirmation with "Zelle" and your Order ID. We will send you our Zelle details, and you can send payment directly through your bank's mobile app. Be sure to include your Order ID in the payment memo so we can match it instantly.
How do I pay by ACH or Wire?+
Reply to your confirmation email or text with "ACH" or "Wire" along with your Order ID. We'll send you our full banking instructions. Use your Order ID as the transfer reference so we can match your payment.
Does NewTrimEra collect my bank account or routing number?+
No. NewTrimEra's website never collects, stores, or processes your bank account or routing number. For eCheck payments, you enter your banking information directly into a secure payment invoice hosted by an encrypted payment processor — just like entering card details on PayPal or Stripe. For Zelle and ACH/Wire, you pay through your own bank app or branch. We never see your account number at any point.
When will my payment be processed?+
eCheck payments typically clear within 1–3 business days. Zelle is instant. ACH / Wire transfers vary by bank (usually 1–3 business days). Your order ships within 24 hours of payment clearance.
Will I get a receipt?+
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email when your payment is received and your order is being prepared for shipment.

Ordering

Do I need to complete a health questionnaire?+
Yes. A brief 60-second health screen is required before checkout. It verifies basic safety criteria (age, contraindications) and protects both you and the integrity of research access. Your answers are encrypted and stored securely.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?+
Yes, but only before your order is marked as shipped. Contact Support@newtrimera.com or text (480) 910-6842 as soon as possible with your Order ID and the corrected address.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders can be cancelled before payment is received. If you have already paid, we cannot cancel as your order will have entered the fulfillment process. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Shipping & delivery

How is my order shipped?+
All orders are shipped in discreet, temperature-stable packaging via USPS Priority Mail. There are no external labels that indicate contents.
How long does shipping take?+
Once payment clears, your order is packed and shipped within 24 hours. USPS Priority Mail delivers in 3–5 business days domestically. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your shipping label is printed.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?+
Yes, but residential addresses are preferred for fastest delivery. P.O. boxes may experience slight delays with certain carriers.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the United States only. If you are an international researcher, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Privacy & security

Is my information secure?+
Yes. All communications and payments use encrypted channels (TLS/SSL). We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information. Your contact details are used solely for order fulfillment and shipping.
Does NewTrimEra ever ask for my card number by phone or text?+
Never. NewTrimEra will never ask for your credit or debit card number by phone, text, or email. If someone asks for your card number claiming to be from NewTrimEra, it is a scam. Report it immediately to Support@newtrimera.com.
